A slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work, and strengthening & stretching the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind, and de-stress while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga. (45 minutes)

What to Bring Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
